Tapscott!Book The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Review :
A lot of times, I'll pick up a book with an interesting summary and stop reading early on because I just lose interest, but I'm very pleased to say that that wasn't an issue this time. To be clear: this isn't a groundbreaking story. It didn't change my life, and I could more or less predict what would happen. But I was still happy to read it, because it compelled me. The writing was clear, and the characters were actually interesting.Leisa does have that "I'm not like other girls" vibe that's being beaten to death nowadays, but I respect her as a character because, when forced into a situation where she HAS to put aside her preferred skills, she DOES so. She doesn't throw a tantrum, she doesn't do anything stupid to jeopardize her position because she refuses to wear a skirt and nonsense like that (although there is a throwaway corset line that I had roll my eyes at, but we can't all be perfect).Raven, now. Due to the circumstances, he is largely a mystery, but the small ways he can and does rebel speak to me in a delightful, trickster way; and, I'll be honest, he's the kind of male lead I gravitate towards anyway. His plot twist was unsurprising, but considering I was hoping for it anyway, I'm not all that upset about it.The dynamic between the two is also a trend I largely enjoy, and I'm looking forward to the next book for their continuation. If anyone is looking specifically for romance: This book is very light on romance. I would call it mutual pining at best at this point; we'll have to see where the next one takes us! The story quickly drew me in. There were aspects of it that weren't hard to figure out as the story progressed, but not entirely, There were a few points that I thought were a little rough or even overdone, didn't seem quite believable, but nothing major to bump you from the story. The ending resolves the immediate plot but not the overarching one, not a cliffhanger but definitely a to-be-continued. Fortunately it's not a long wait - I'm looking forward to reading it!*Romance level: sweet, nothing graphic Read Online The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Download The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) PDF The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Mobi Free Reading The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Download Free Pdf The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) PDF Online The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Mobi Online The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Reading Online The Faceless Mage (Legends of Abreia Book 1) Read Online Kenley Davidson Download Kenley Davidson Kenley Davidson PDF Kenley Davidson Mobi Free Reading Kenley Davidson Download Free Pdf Kenley Davidson PDF Online Kenley Davidson Mobi Online Kenley Davidson Reading Online Kenley DavidsonBest Mercer (Saint and Sinners Book 4) By RuVincent
